FALCOM Arab Markets Fund is an open-ended investment fund with variable capital that targets investment opportunities in Shari'ah compliant listed equities in the Arab Markets. The Fund has already been approved and registered under the Capital Market Authority ("CMA") in the Kingdom and it will be monitored by the CMA. The Initial Offering Period is between 25 September and 20 October 2010 at a par value of US$ 10 per unit. Participation is allowed after closing of the Initial Offering Period on each business day at the net asset value per unit as determined in each valuation day on Monday and Wednesday. The Fund will charge management fee of 1.75%, custody fee (0.20%) and advisory fee (0.10%) of NAV annually. A front end fee is payable by participants at 1.50% of participation amount.
